SO I.R. is Siân Owen Industrial Relations. The focus has been to help people resolve their workplace problems so their businesses and their lives can run more smoothly.

Siân has been working in the field of Industrial Relations for over 35 years; initially as a union official and then as a Consultant for 28 years. Siân retired in 2024 and is no longer consulting.
