Siân's work history: She's worked in Hull, Edinburgh, London, Melbourne and advised clients in all states and territories in Australia.

Siân is a Director of SO I.R. Earlier in her working life she was a Labourer on an Archaeological Dig, a Supermarket check-out operator, a Delicatessen Assistant, an Admin Assistant with a Community Relations Council, a Research & Development Officer with a national not for profit advice service, a state and then a national Industrial Officer with a public sector union before moving into consulting.
