Her 20 years of work as a Consultant means she understands how frustrated managers can become with poor performing staff and when they are prevented from introducing positive and reasonable change. This appreciation of the perspectives of both employers and employees gives Siân the ability to view problems from both sides and propose practical and effective solutions.
